Product Description
Spacer Foam Tape is a semi-rigid foam tape with an aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive, used to hold a defined distance between the glass pane and metal frame before structural silicone is applied. Its open-cell structure lets air and moisture reach the silicone so it cures properly, while the semi-rigid foam resists load deformation and holds the glazing line true. It is a specified component in structural silicone glazing, curtain walling and aluminium door and window fabrication.
